When hunting certain monsters, there’s a chance to summon an Elite monster of the zone (see the Monsters table). All monsters killed by players in the zone count.
The frequency of monsters’ appearance depends on the amount of players in a hunting zone: the more players, the greater the chance for an Elite monster to appear.
The Elite monsters are much stronger than the common ones, and they disappear after a while unless attacked. You won’t get any trophies for killing an Elite monster, but you’ll be rewarded with much XP.
